ESPL is an ‘Excluded Financial Adviser’ pursuant to the First Schedule of the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore. In this regard, ESPL owns and operates Advantedj which is an information service through an electronic medium, where —
(a) the service is generally available to the public in Singapore;
(b) any advice given, or analysis or report issued or promulgated, is given, issued or promulgated only through Advantedj;
(c) ESPL receives no commission or other consideration, apart from any fee received from subscription to the service, for giving the advice, or for issuing or promulgating the analysis or report; and
(d) the advice is given, or the analysis or report is issued or promulgated, solely as incidental to ESPL ownership, operation or provision of that service.
As an ‘Excluded Financial Adviser’, ESPL is not licensed, approved, registered or otherwise regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore or any other applicable regulator in Singapore or otherwise in respect of any of its activities, nor does it hold itself out as being so licensed, approved, registered or otherwise regulated.
ESPL does not hold itself out to be carrying on any activities which would requires it to be licensed, approved, registered or otherwise regulated (including but not limited to regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289) of Singapore and financial advisory services under the Financial Advisors Act (Cap. 110) of Singapore).
All information on Advantedj is provided for informational purposes only, without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. The information contained in or provided from or through Advantedj is not intended to be and does not constitute financial advice of any sort offered or recommended by ESPL.

Generally, we collect personal data that is linked to an individual. For example, an individual’s name, address, phone number and email address. This is not an exhaustive list and we may collect other types of personal data from you. Apart from personal data, we may collect other types of information which is not linked to an individual and which is anonymous. For example, the number of website visitors and the number of website users using a particular service. In this way, we hope to improve our customer services.
